Eddie C. Riley, CEO
Eddie, a retired Federal Executive, leads EDS Federal Solutions with a mission-first mindset grounded in service, strategy, and collaboration.
An Air Force veteran, he has held leadership positions within organizations in the Department of Air Force, Department of Navy, and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Respectively in those organizations, he has held positions responsible for agency-wide strategic communications and human resource planning, deploying an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across 45,000-person command, building the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and the next generation (NGEN) for 900,000 users, and implementing an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across five of 172 medical centers nationwide.
